Orange Cornmeal Cake

星期日,家婆买了这个粗玉米面(cornmeal flour),家婆说不常有,就上网找了资料,原来他的营养丰富,再找了食谱,以为它好吃不到哪里去,结果小看它了。。。呵呵。
 
Orange Cornmeal Cake
 



Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil, plus more for pan
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar, plus 1/3 cup for topping
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
  • 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Finely grated zest of 1 orange

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of an 8-inch round cake pan with oil; line bottom with a round of wax or parchment paper, and brush paper with oil.
  2. Step 2

    In a large bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and orange juice until smooth. Add flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and orange zest; whisk gently to combine.
  3. Step 3

    Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle top evenly with remaining 1/3 cup sugar (topping will be thick). Bake until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan and a tester inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Step 4

    Cool in pan 20 minutes. Run a knife around edge of cake; invert cake gently onto a plate, and remove parchment paper. Reinvert cake onto a rack to cool completely. Serve with orange segments, if desired.
 
 
主料:

1/2杯橄榄油
2鸡蛋
1杯1/3杯
1/2杯橙汁
1 1/4通用面粉相拥而眠夷为平地
1/2杯,玉米面
2茶匙发粉
盐1茶匙
精细磨碎的1个橙色热情

做法:

1烤箱预热至220。烤盘刷上油,底部铺上油纸备用。
2在一个大碗里一起搅拌油,鸡蛋1杯糖,橙汁,直到滑顺。再加入面粉玉米粉,发粉,橙皮屑搅拌均匀

3。将面糊倒入准备好的烤盘撒上剩余1/3杯糖(顶部)均匀(我没放)烘烤直到蛋糕开始拉高膨胀,大约25至30分钟

4。待冷20分钟。用刮刀沿着蛋糕边刮出移除羊皮纸
