星期日,家婆买了这个粗玉米面(cornmeal flour),家婆说不常有,就上网找了资料,原来他的营养丰富,再找了食谱,以为它好吃不到哪里去,结果小看它了。。。呵呵。
Orange Cornmeal Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil, plus more for pan
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar, plus 1/3 cup for topping
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Finely grated zest of 1 orange
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush bottom and sides of an 8-inch round cake pan with oil; line bottom with a round of wax or parchment paper, and brush paper with oil.Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and orange juice until smooth. Add flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and orange zest; whisk gently to combine.Step 3
Pour batter into prepared pan; sprinkle top evenly with remaining 1/3 cup sugar (topping will be thick). Bake until cake begins to pull away from sides of pan and a tester inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.Step 4
Cool in pan 20 minutes. Run a knife around edge of cake; invert cake gently onto a plate, and remove parchment paper. Reinvert cake onto a rack to cool completely. Serve with orange segments, if desired.

2茶匙发粉
盐1茶匙

做法:
1。烤箱预热至220度。烤盘刷上油,底部铺上油纸备用。
2。在一个大碗里,一起搅拌油,鸡蛋,1杯糖,橙汁,直到滑顺。再加入面粉,玉米粉,发粉,盐,橙皮屑搅拌均匀。
3。将面糊倒入准备好的烤盘,撒上剩余的1/3杯糖(顶部)均匀(我没放)。烘烤直到蛋糕开始拉高膨胀,大约25至30分钟。
4。待冷20分钟。用刮刀沿着蛋糕边刮出,并移除羊皮纸。
